Felt roofing

Anderson Roofing provide everything from patch up repairs to complete new roofs. There are hundreds of torch on membrane systems that we can supply, all of which come with a minimum of 10 years guarantee depending on which system you require (some systems come with a 30 year guarantee). The most common 3 layer torch on systems that our clients prefer are the Delta systems which range from 10-25 years' guarantee.

If a roof needs to be brought up to building regulations with insulation then this may need a different system in place. Call us today to discuss your felt roof requirements.

Sanafil

Sanafil is a single ply membrane that our operatives are trained and certified to supply and fix. The product is a heat welded plastic that comes with a 20 year guarantee. It's used on flat roofs and can also be used on balconies, preferably with the Sanafil non slip mat (promenade).

This system also comes in a range of colours and thickness grades depending on the surface requirements.

Roof lights

As well as roofing systems we can also supply roof lights for pitched and flat roofs. We offer many makes and models, the most common being Rota or Velux.

Types of roof lights available include:
